I work with adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and difficulties managing emotions. I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to manage challenges, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.
