Now Accepting New Couples! Life is really messy, but it is also beautiful. Really big wounds can happen, and make the chaos feel impossibly complicated. Anxiousness, fear, trauma, unhelpful patterns, and burn out are just a few of the everyday barriers we fight-all while trying to do every other thing on our plates. When we pair our messiness with the unique messiness of our spouse or other family members, it only adds to the fog.
It is an honor to get to sit across from my clients and help them untangle that chaos. I choose my way of treatment alongside my clients, picking what clicks with them best. Collaboration with my clients is the most important part in ensuring we are working towards your specific goals and towards what health looks like for you both.
