I am here to provide a safe, welcoming, and respectful space where you can explore and uncover that knowledge. This is a space where your body, identity, thoughts, and story can be openly seen without shame. I am passionate about treating disordered eating and eating disorders and supporting young women and people through life transitions and navigating the difficult choices that happen at critical periods of time and development.
I offer in-person, individual sessions in Monmouth, Oregon. I conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create individualized treatment plans based on your identified goals, and provide individualized therapy. I specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders and continue my education through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
