Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor our work together by drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches. This may include elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic (body-based) practices, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques.
A functional perspective allows us to explore root causes—such as underlying genetic or physiological issues, chronic illness, or nervous system dysregulation—so we can create meaningful, lasting change rather than just managing symptoms. Together, we’ll work to restore balance, build resilience, and support your system in feeling safer and more connected.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, deep trauma, chronic illness, and stress-related conditions, as well as those navigating functional neurological disorders (FND) and physical symptoms connected to nervous system imbalances.
