I completed my undergraduate studies at Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelors of Fine Art with a specialty in Psychology and Art Therapy. I received my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University and studied at Arizona State University in the DBH program, Doctorate of Behavioral Health / integrative care. I have been a life coach at McGinnis Theory & Practice, LLC since 2017. Together we will work on goals & actionable plans to increase self-awareness, overcome obstacles, develop new skills, recognize patterns, and apply strategies to help you create your best self!

Most clients reach full resolution within 12-15 sessions. Traumas are NOT reprocessed; instead, emotional memory can be removed. Specifically tailored allowing freedom/ feeling more "in-control."
