Life can feel exhausting when anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or overwhelming emotions begin to take over your day-to-day life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and connected. I aim to create a warm, collaborative, and structured environment where clients feel both supported and challenged toward meaningful growth. I believe healing happens through both insight and practical change, and I work closely with clients to help them build emotional resilience, healthier patterns, and stronger relationships.
I work with teens, adults, and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety/OCD, mood disorders, grief, and relationship difficulties. My approach is integrative and tailored to the needs of each individual. I draw from methods including: EMDR, ERP, DBT, attachment-based work, polyvagal-informed therapy, and the Gottman Method.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to begin untangling what feels heavy and moving toward a life that feels more manageable, connected, and authentic.
