I have been working in the mental health field for several years, and as a counselor, it is my priority to establish a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment for healing. I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, attachment and relationship issues, addiction, and challenging life changes. With authenticity and compassion, I facilitate growth with clients using therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory (regulating your nervous system), and DBT coping skills.
Therapy can be a bit daunting, I hear you! I encourage all clients to "come as you are" however that may be. The process of healing does not have to be walked alone.
