I aspire to shine the light on hope, grace and empowerment with a positive attitude, humor & without judgement, stigma or pressure.
I offer additional services including collaboration with other providers, psycho-education, communication skills, in vivo (in life) sessions in nature or the community, and family support and education. I offer services via telehealth using a variety of platforms to suit your needs.

Wisdom Circle: Mindfulness and Self Compassion
Educational and practice support group designed to promote the wisdom of mindfulness and self compassion in a safe environment. This group does not provide counseling. Practice will include Grounding, Breathing, Mindful Movement, Discussion of Mindfulness Concepts, Meditation, Self Compassion and Sharing. Practices and topics will be from a wide variety mindfulness and self compassion perspectives and methods, including the work of Thich Nhat Hahn, Joan Halifax, SaraJoy Marsh, Marsha Linehan, Kristin Neff, Pema Chodron and the countless others who share the practice.
