I am passionate about helping clients heal from trauma by guiding them to understand and reshape their personal stories. I am trained in trauma-focused therapies like EMDR, which helps reduce distress from traumatic events. I also use Emotion-Focused Therapy to help clients build better relationships with themselves and others. When faith is important to my client, I incorporate it as a resource to support the therapeutic process.
