Within life’s challenges are the entry points for profound change. Supporting clients in healing the parts of themselves that feel wounded or out of alignment deeply informs my therapeutic work. My practice is intuitive and strongly client-centered. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapies, Parts Work, and Mindfulness, I help clients transform behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that feel out of alignment.
I believe trauma and systems of oppression separate us from ourselves and cause tremendous stress in our lives. We can act and think in ways that feel painful and deeply disconnecting. In the midst of experiences that are challenging or unmanageable, many of us face feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, confusion, and sadness.
Whether or not we are tapping into our inner wisdom, I regard each of us as the experts of our own lived experience. Helping clients reclaim this wisdom lies at the heart of my practice. I hold hope for each of my clients that change is real and entirely possible.
