I will partner with you to create a treatment plan to meet your specific needs and concerns.

I have specialized training in EMDR for trauma, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Gottman Couples Therapy, and Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) Premarital Couples Counseling. My therapy dog, Becca, is in the office several days a week. She would love to meet you!
