Clients primarily request services with me to work on communication between partners and other members of their family systems. In addition, I also utilize games such as Dungeons and Dragons with families, kids and teens, to roleplay therapeutic scenarios out in a safe environment (I also run a weekly social skills teen group on Thursdays).

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety and stress, and couples wanting to work on their communication. Anxiety and stress affect all of us in different ways, and we will work together to find what method of help works best for you. My work focuses on helping people to better understand themselves within the scope of their current lives. I think reaching equilibrium in relationships is vital to growth, and I can help you restore that within yourself. We will work on balancing the past and the current to help people learn how to better rely on their resilience.

I have lived in Washington State for over 25 years and am passionate about working with adolescents and adults of all religions, races, genders, and identities through multiculturally competent, socially aware, and integrative therapies. I currently am accepting individual clients as well as couples/relationships. I work with all identities. I specialize in working with clients that try to manage life's pain with substances and other addictions. Many of my clients want to simply change their using habits and I work to support them weekly in understanding their intentions, feelings and motivations as they make healthy changes to their relationship with alcohol or other drugs. As we well know, many clients suffering from substance use disorders have a myriad of other issues that drive these compulsive coping mechanisms; I am experienced in many co-occuring issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma or grief. As a sexologist, I help clients through sexual trauma, feelings of anxiety, fear, or shame related to sexuality and intimacy, addressing gender identity and sexual orientation, relationship design, church wounds, improve communication, heal issues stemming from sexual difficulties including poor body image, coping and living with STI's, exploring ENM, and kink/BDSM dynamics.
