I believe that clients know the most about themselves and their situations, and should be the leaders of their treatment. Our work together will be collaborative so we can discover ways to help you thrive. Each person has their own set of needs for therapy. I provide individualized care for each of my clients, implementing what they value and how they learn into their healing. I am a trauma-informed therapist, primarily using cognitive, supportive, and attachment-based therapies to guide my practice.

I am a licensed independent social worker in Ohio with certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I received my MSSA from Case Western Reserve University. I have experience working with at-risk adults who are living with severe mental illness in both agency and community settings. My areas of expertise include: moderate to severe mood and behavioral disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders and issues related to grief and loss.

Her approach is client-centered, meaning she will prioritize your needs and empower you to lead your own healing journey. Terra understands the importance of tackling the intersectional identities of her clients in order to fully understand and meet her clients where they are.

I am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of OH and have inactive licenses for professional counseling in Pennsylvania and Nevada and clinical drug and alcohol issues in the state of NV. I work with individuals age 16+ with various presenting concerns. The Clarity Couch is a private counseling practice based in Cleveland, Ohio. We specialize in providing care for Black folx, Folx of Color and we enjoy working with clients of all different backgrounds. Our goal is for you to have a safe space to talk through your concerns, learn new coping strategies and manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression and past trauma. Our goal extends beyond individual therapy sessions; we aim to educate the community on important topics like mental health, self-love, and fostering healthy relationships.
