I believe that every individual has the ability to be the best version of themselves, by breaking down the barriers brought upon by daily stressors and traumatic experiences. These problems may appear as depression, anxiety, problems with coping and strained interpersonal relationships. I also use Behavior Analytic principles to teach parents strategies and techniques to modify problematic behaviors in children.
I offer a place for individuals to be heard, and begin the journey of self discovery. My training is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxieties, substances, and depression.
