As psychologist, I try to approach you as a whole person in all your psychological and spiritual needs. If you have problems in living, may they be caused by mental illness or extreme stress; together, we will find solutions. I teach you to listen to yourself and use your resources to deal with the difficulties you encounter: like stress, loss, anxiety, worries, depression or hopelessness, and the psychological consequences of medical illness and disabilities. Our Mental Health and Social Justice Clinic provides comprehensive psychological evaluations and therapy to kids, teenagers, adults, and seniors. We provide trauma informed individual, couples, group, and family sessions including yoga, mindfulness, acupuncture, and art therapy. We are trauma specialists in informed therapy. Our practice provides individual and group therapy services to survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and violent crimes. Our licensed and skilled team of therapists and our social justice team are devoted to providing quality service and seeing you grow in the community.

I have experience working with a diverse group of individuals ranging in age from early childhood to late adulthood to treat the following concerns: depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, impulsivity and anger management difficulties. I am skilled in the following approaches to psychotherapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also use a modified version of Dialectical Behavior Therapy during individual therapy sessions (I do not provide group therapy or telephone check-ins or consultations at this time).

Addiction is not a problem to be fixed, but rather a person. I have worked with many people with various addictions and realize that addressing one problem from one perspective is not enough. I specialize in getting to know a person first and then helping that person heal from past hurts, learn skills for problem-solving, improve communication, build strong relationships, practice ways to manage strong emotions, learn to slow down and change their harmful or intrusive thoughts, draw from their faith for strength, develop strong support systems, and with all this, hope of long-term recovery can become reality.
