I am a multi-degreed licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in Michigan. The goal is to assist my clients in working through issues that negatively affect them in their daily lives. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement afterward.

I received my Masters of Social Work degree from Michigan State University and have worked with individuals, families, and children for over 10 years. I am passionate about a whole-person approach and enjoy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Somatic Therapy in my sessions. I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety disorders and use a collaborative, strength-based approach to foster hope, healing, and resilience. I believe that every person is their own "expert" and love watching people build more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
