Life's already hard enough, so connecting to a well rounded therapist shouldn't be one of them. I am a dual diagnosis therapist (mental health/addictions) who specializes in trauma-based treatments related to anxiety, PTSD, utilizing EMDR and other therapies. I find meeting my clients where they are, helps develop a collaborative approach to reaching maximum potential. My intention is for clients to feel safe and comfortable in an environment that fosters growth while respecting one’s autonomy. I'm currently accepting new patients who are looking to take a journey in discovering skills for better living and healing.
