In addition to my psychotherapy training, I have over a decade of experience practicing and teaching meditation and philosophy in Buddhist, Daoist, and Yoga traditions. I also have a background in Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. These experiences give me a breadth of modalities to draw on while staying focused on your mental health and wellness goals.
