I enjoy working with folks experiencing life transitions, anxiety, relational difficulties, past sexual abuse, grief/loss, spiritual shifts, religious trauma, and other challenges from a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex positive perspective. The work we do together will be led by your needs as the client and will change and grow as you do.
I view therapy as a way to learn about ourselves and our challenges so that we may grow and reconnect with our relationships and communities. I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental, collaborative space to foster growth and healing. I encourage my clients to attend to their bodies, minds, strengths, and values to find multiple ways of healing and balance.
My experiences as a birth doula, a community wellness educator, and a tender of trees and plants, all inform my practice. I believe in and support the liberation of all people from injustice and oppression. I look forward to connecting with you!
