Hello! My name is Moe. We each come with unique strengths, weaknesses, needs, histories, and personalities but those many pieces often get tangled up and lost beneath the roles we play. Many clients I work with come in because they feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long—navigating trauma, identity questions, or relationships that feel more draining than nourishing. Wherever you are, I will meet you with openness, curiosity, and compassion.
I help people who feel anxious overwhelmed, or misunderstood reconnect with themselves after trauma, troubling relationships, or identity struggles. In our work, I integrate EMDR to help process stuck trauma memories and Polyvagal approaches to gently re-tune your nervous system toward safety and connection.
