Many clients I work with come in because they feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long—navigating trauma, identity questions, or relationships that feel more draining than nourishing. Wherever you are, I will meet you with openness, curiosity, and compassion. My practice is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming.
I help people who feel overwhelmed, lost, or misunderstood reconnect with themselves after trauma, troubling relationships, or identity struggles. In our work, I integrate EMDR to help process stuck trauma memories and Polyvagal approaches to gently re-tune your nervous system toward safety and connection.
