I love working with clients with medical issues, adolescents, and women who are in leadership positions. As someone who is a woman in leadership and who has a chronic illness, I know first hand the challenges that a physical illness can place on mental health. I also know that it's hard. Balance is possible and you deserve to find the life you want in the face of challenges.
I also love working with adolescents, and see adolescence as one of the most rewarding and challenging times in the life course. I approach teenagers with respect, while also challenging them to become the best version of themselves.
I specialize in working with young families. I am trained in individual, play, couples and family therapy.
