In her many years of leadership experience, she has developed a passion for supervising and training up quality mental health professionals. Therefore, we offer several clinicians at our practice under her direct supervision with a range of skills and price ranges that can fit most patient needs.

Board approved clinical supervisor for associate level clinicians. I am a certified EMDR therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. We work together to provide an individualized experience towards your health and wellbeing. When anxiety, depression, stress become too much, we will use your strengths and resources and evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, CBT and motivational interviewing.

Sofia Softas-Nall is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She is a Board Certified LPC Supervisor on the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) Registry. Sofia specializes in working with life transitions, LGBTQIA+ concerns, multicultural counseling, athletes and mental health, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, pain, trauma, and PTSD. Sofia has experience counseling adults, teens, groups, couples, and families.

She also provides supervision to associate therapists seeking independent licensure, as well as therapists looking to earn their Registered Play Therapist credentials.
