I am the owner of the Robert Jason Grant Ed.D AutPlay Therapy Clinic. I am the creator of AutPlay Therapy - an integrative family play therapy approach. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health needs. Some of my specializations include addressing the needs of neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults (autism, ADHD, trauma issues, and anxiety and depression struggles). I am neurodiversity affirming and informed and provide individual, family, and group therapy. I provide in-office and telehealth services. I also offer parent training and coaching services.

Life can be overwhelming, exhausting, and even lonely at times. The everyday battle of constant pressures and overload of doubts, worries, and negativity can sometimes be too much. Especially, as a child, adolescent, or young adult who is trying to navigate the confusing balance of school, relationships, and expectations, while handling the changes that come with growing up. No matter where those pressures are coming from, having a safe space where you can connect, be heard, and work through those situations and emotions can be life changing.

Sometimes you need space that is only for you. Space for your feelings to be big, raw, and unedited while you sort through them without judgement from yourself or anyone else. Whether the issue is depression, anxiety , trauma, a life transition, relationship issues, parenting issues, sexuality/LGBTQ issues, religious abuse, or a need for personal growth, counseling can create a safe space to be authentically yourself as you sort things out.

Life can feel hard or overwhelming and sometimes we can all use a little help. I have over 12 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and groups helping them navigate through various life issues they have faced. Some of my work with individuals has included dealing with anxiety , depression, self esteem and intimacy issues as well as working through traumatic experiences. In my work with couples, I have assisted in strengthening communication skills, finding areas for connection, and creating healthier boundaries and expectations, couple intimacy, sexual issues and dysfunction.

It's hard to seek help for personal problems, like depression, anxiety , anger, or strained relationships. We value our independence and privacy. But, far too often people struggle, often their entire lives, with crushing problems, unaware there is confidential relief just a phone call away.

Hi! We are Healing Hearts Counseling, LLC Located in Rolla, Missouri. We are are currently accepting new clients and have income based fees along with EAP, Insurance, and Healthnet Medicaid. We have four counselors in the practice who are here to assist you in your journey. We have two LPC (one male/one female) and two Master level Counselors in Training. We start with a person-centered therapy approach. We will build a program meant for your needs. We are private practice with a full range of services such as individual, couples, family, parent/child, substance use, and supervised visits.

I love working with couples, teens, and adults. A majority of my practice consists of adults and teens who are suffering from depression, anxiety , or other life struggles. I also love working with couples who need to address: communication, healthy fighting skills, affair recovery, or grief due to the loss of a child or loved one.

I am focused on providing high-quality counseling services in a comfortable and safe environment where clients can explore their potential & grow in healthy ways. I base my practice on the belief that my clients' needs are of the upmost importance. I will work with you on identifying your emotional, spiritual & physical needs & dicovering healthy ways to meet them. I work with adults & adolescents. I have been a counselor for 10 years. At this point, I only counsel females age 14+. My career has focused on anxiety , depression, self-worth, personal growth and development, adjustment issues, relationship struggles, communication problems, premarital counseling, etc. I have a strong desire to help people walk through their struggles, no matter how deep-rooted and dark or surface level they may be, to help them become their best self.
