Struggling with grief, caring for aging parents, anxiety or chronic illness? If so, you're in the right place. Living with grief, being a caregiver, or fighting chronic illness are some of the most difficult things we can experience. I have been there and can offer support while helping you navigate this difficult journey. I can also help if you're a teen, feeling the strain of the economy, stressed, anxious or depressed, wondering what you are going to do to make ends meet, facing divorce, struggling with co-parenting, are the survivor of narcissistic abuse, need help reaching goals, anger mgt, or life in general.
I work from a holistic approach, meaning, in our time together, we will address your whole lifestyle and how that contributes to your wellbeing. We will look for things you can implement into your daily life that are healthy and add value, small that are easy to make. I work as a partner of parents of teens (I have my own) to help them succeed.

Anger Management
Class participants will learn to recognize triggers and underlying reasons for their anger. This six-hour course will provide participants with coping skills and tools they can use to change the way they respond to those triggers, and help them find healthy ways to channel their anger. Participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of this course. Course meets most court-ordered requirements.

Caregiving for aging parents is tough. Sometimes, we feel alone, unsure and overwhelmed. This group will provide a safe space to come, relax, and talk about all the things on your mind.
