Society Today can be dealt multiple Life stressors, ranging from Financial, Marital, Relational, issues with employment and or Life in General. Through Therapy, an Individualized Improvement Plan can be devised and implemented to assist individuals with coping and possibly overcoming the issues they are facing. Adolescents and Teens are complicated, and I am eager to assist. Teen groups are available as well as individualized treatment. Two people working together are always better than one. As a therapist I have learned the more input a client contributes to their therapeutic goals the better the outcomes and success possibility.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out for support. I know it's not easy. I’d love to connect to help you learn to manage emotions and identify coping skills that work for you. I’m an unbiased space that gives you room to explore, gain insight and process challenges. Together we can figure out what’s not working and what can help you feel better. I want to see you improve and help you feel like yourself again. I treat therapy as a conversation and discussion about your anxieties, worries, stress and whatever else feels important. This can help to untangle, reorganize and make sense of your thoughts.

Many of the people finding their way to my practice are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them; they and are ready to look deeper. They may be navigating depression, the impact of past trauma, or ongoing relational stress. They often carry a deep longing to feel more grounded, understood, and at ease in their lives and relationships. What they want most is not just symptom relief, but a sense of safety, clarity, and the ability to move through life with greater resilience, self-trust, and self-compassion.

Do you struggle with feeling disconnected, not quite yourself, overwhelmed and unsure how to manage through this? Or are you always putting your needs after the needs of others? Losing what sense of self that once was, or maybe you have never established the "who am I". Maybe you know why, you've endured trauma in the past and are seeking a way to heal. Or self-image and boundaries has always been a struggle and caused conflicts within your relationships. Does it seem as though life should feel more joyful, easier or just somehow better?

My goal is to help clients with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. I believe that the relationship between myself as a counselor and my client is just as important as the content we discuss. It is difficult to see people struggle with issues that cause emotional turmoil; and I feel honored that I can walk with people through their healing journey. I love helping people learn skills they can use to function better and promote positive changes in their lives.

My approach places a central focus on development of a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a space where one can explore personal issues. Symptoms are often what bring people to seek therapy. I see a symptom as a means for understanding the underlying issues that cause them.

Life can present us with situations that cause pain, anxiety or suffering. These problems can stem from your past, or may have presented more recently. While this can be overwhelming, seeking out therapy is a courageous act in and of itself, and there is no correct point when beginning to address these issues. I know too well that coping with the challenges of life is not a straightforward path. That is why I offer my clients an open and trustworthy therapeutic environment where we can explore these issues in a trauma informed manner, to not only gain better insight, but also learn how to cope more effectively.

Taking the first step towards improving your relationship with yourself and others requires an acknowledgement and recognition of challenges that continue to reveal themselves over time. The next step revolves around making the decision to make proactive change. What about the next step? Finding a practitioner who can meet your needs requires you to email, call, and schedule an initial consultation where both you and the clinician screen one another. If it's not the right fit, you would restart the process to find another. What if we could make that process easy for you?

We live in a culture that values productivity, independence, and conformity. We exist under impossible standards and yet we are expected to keep up. Resisting this can feel daunting and lonely. We are not machines. We are humans who are meant to live in connection with each other while embodying our true, authentic selves. You are your own expert. Together, we can gently (re)discover what has been buried for the sake of survival—your values, your longings—so that your inner world and outer world align. This is the kind of work that I believe is transformative—both individually and collectively.
