Groups
Women's Support Group starting March 2 (Virtual)
This group is a safe space for women to discuss issues and experiences they may share in common, and to exchange support, validation, and encouragement. The goal of the group is to provide an opportunity for members to support one another's journey towards a meaningful life, in which each person feels a sense of confidence and hopefulness about their present and future self. While the topics addressed in each group depend on its members, common issues include self-esteem, relationships, friendships, mental health issues and societal expectations of women, to name a few.
