The focus of my practice is to help people improve relationships, reduce stress, cope with trauma/PTSD, heal from depression, manage anxiety, and make positive changes in their lives. My style of therapy is influenced by multiple theories. Foremost, I am a trauma-informed therapist who addresses my clients' struggles in the context of their life experiences. I draw from various approaches in my work including, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, EFT, Feminist Therapy, Rogerian/Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness/Somatic techniques.
