My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment that allows you to explore your pain or other symptoms which bring you to therapy. I feel privileged to be able to assist you in your journey through life's transitions, including identity/self concept, managing stress and anxiety, relational or occupational, recovering from grief and loss, or related to sexual/gender orientation. My style is predominantly Client Centered, but is also informed by Psychodynamic theory, Jungian and Depth psychology, Gestalt therapy, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.
