I have been in practice for 30 years as a clinical psychologist. I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I use mindfulness techniques for therapy in addition to a compassionate presence. These approaches include mindfulness to resolving situational depression, teaching clients to overcome overwhelming emotional situations, relaxation techniques to quiet your mind and body, and therapy to assist each client to function each day with calmness and clarity. I am a very proactive therapist, allowing individuals to explore their own thoughts, feelings, behavior patterns, and develop an action plan that best suits their personal growth.

Dr. Erica Thompson, LPC is a multiculturally competent and realistic therapist that believes in meeting people where they are. She takes an individualistic approach in therapy understanding that the needs of everyone will be different. Understanding comfort and flexibility are top priorities for those needing therapy, her services are conducted in a variety of settings including, in-home, teletherapy, and traditonal office settings.
