Most of my clients come for therapy and stay for the coaching support. My "typical" or ideal client is often someone that feels stuck or overwhelmed. Sometimes these are feelings of anxiety or unmanageable stress. My clients are self-sufficient, high-functioning, and in many cases, people pleasers. Clients that want more out of life and don't know where to start. I specialize in anxiety disorders and absolutely love watching people begin to live the life they desire! Aside from traditional therapy, I offer coaching services. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I hope we can work together!
I approach my clients with an open, non-judgmental therapeutic approach called client-centered. I specialize in CBT and ERP for generalized and social anxiety. I also have a certificate in health coaching that allows me to broaden my scope in which I work with clients.
