I have been in private practice for over 37 years. I have special expertise in psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have extensive training in hypnotherapy, eating disorders, habit control, panic and anxiety disorders, sport psychology, Internal Family systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

I provide individualize care to clients who are struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. I enjoy work with pregnant and postpartum women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression and adjusting to their new life as a parent.
