I specialize in men's issues relating to all areas of masculinity. I have experience with trauma, ADHD/autism, anxiety, depression, anger management, and grief. I believe in a collaborative approach based on honesty, curiosity, and humor. We can work together to root out the past, deal with the present, or plan for the future. All you need to do is come exactly as you are and that's where we'll start.
I come from an existential, attachment, and psychodynamic lens. However no two people have the same needs. As such, I like to operate with an integrative approach, drawing from different modalities to custom build a plan for you. I have a particular passion for neuroscience; I find it helps to demystify and ground my work in something tangible.
