I believe that healing and growth happen within the context of our relationships and the systems we’re part of. I view each individual as a unique part of a larger web-whether it’s family, community or society. Together we’ll explore how these connections influence your experiences, challenges and sense of self.

Trained in Gottman, Relational Life, and ERP/ICBT, I focus on couple conflict as well as individual OCD recovery.
You're both silent in the car after an argument or misunderstanding, wondering how it came to this. One may try to fix while the other shuts down, or you both feel unsure about the solution. When affair recovery, past substance use, parenting and transitions, intimacy gaps, EDM struggles, mixed-neurotype communication, or OCD tug at the seams in your relationship, you don't have to figure it out by yourselves. I help loved ones move through past pain or current conflicts with greater clarity, peace, and skill.

You may feel like you’re holding things together on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure of who you are underneath the stress of daily life. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, or life transitions. Together, we can create a space to slow down, make meaning of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world in a more grounded and authentic way.

You feel emotions deeply and strongly. In fact, you may feel that intensity right now. Your emotions aren't just a whisper, they're a high-volume, full color experience. And yet you find yourself not sitting with that, because it's scary, uncomfortable, overwhelming, or confusing. You distract, avoid, numb, or push yourself to "get over it." What you need is a safe place to feel, to build gentle coping skills, to stop seeing sensitivity as a defect and start owning it as a superpower. You want the tools to stay with discomfort, come out confident, clearer, and more connected, so that your emotional richness becomes your strength.

A quote that resonates with the journey into therapy states, "in any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth, or to step back into safety." Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are taking that step forward again, welcome!

If you feel isolated and suffocated instead of authentic and expressed in your relationship(s), it could be because there's a massive difference between knowing you're loved and fully feeling, believing, and living like you are. What is that difference? A regulated nervous system. One that recognizes a healthy relationship and allows you to take up space inside it. Even if you struggle to clearly communicate your emotions, needs, and desires, you can learn to feel good bringing your whole human self to the table—and I'd love to help you do that.

I look forward to working with clients to collaborate and support changes they're wanting to make. I have been able to treat individuals with challenging symptoms who may not have been properly diagnosed and subsequently, have not received appropriate treatment. Many of my clients have never learned how to cope with intrusive and sometimes disturbing thoughts. The therapy I provide empowers clients with the skills needed to feel in control of their anxiety, impulsiveness and unhealthy habits. My clients will learn how to manage unwanted thoughts and to abandon coping through rituals, escape and avoidance behaviors.

Most of us experience barriers at one time or another, be it trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, or another challenge. Therapy is a place to unpack our experiences, understand the meaning we’ve made, heal and grow. I see myself as a partner and guide in helping clients improve their lives and overcome challenges. I practice from a systems and attachment perspective, believing that we are interconnected with those around us, and impacted by greater societal forces daily. I believe we are all seeking connection, to be known, to be loved and understood.

I'm a licensed therapist certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), with training in EMDR and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).
I work with high-achieving women who've built successful, full lives yet privately carry anxiety, burnout, and the weight of always being the one who holds it together. They're thoughtful and driven, but their own well-being is usually the last thing on the list.
What brings them in is often a life transition, unresolved trauma, or the quiet realization that pushing through alone isn't working anymore. Through virtual sessions, I help them understand the patterns underneath it all and build real, lasting change — so they can move forward feeling grounded, not just functional.

EMDR Therapy for Betrayal Trauma; a Trauma-Informed Approach to Healing After Trust Is Broken.
Betrayal trauma occurs when someone you depended on for safety, honesty, or emotional connection violates that trust. It cuts deep.
EMDR therapy does not erase what happened or force forgiveness. Instead, it helps the brain and nervous system process the traumatic impact of betrayal so it is not continually reactivated in your daily life.

I'm passionate about supporting kids and teens who are juggling the pressures of school, friendships, family, and the constant noise of growing up in today’s world. If your child is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just stuck, they don’t have to navigate it alone. I work to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to be themselves. My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based practices and evidence-based therapies such as ACT. I believe each client is the expert on their own experience. My role is to walk alongside them, offering tools, insight, and encouragement as they grow.

Even in the quiet moments, you notice your mind stays busy—spinning through worries, plans, and what-ifs. That sharp ability to plan and problem-solve can shift into overdrive when stress piles up. A significant loss, work changes, health concerns, or daily demands can wear down even the most capable person. You’ve breathed deep, talked it out, pushed through—but nothing seems to shift the tension that’s taken root. You’re not broken—you’re human, and what you’re feeling may be your mind and body’s way of asking for something different.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapists
Do I need exposure and response prevention therapy?
Many clients decide to seek help for obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors when these symptoms are distressing enough to disrupt everyday life. Any thoughts or behaviors that cause friction in close relationships are also worth addressing. In addition, the client’s symptoms don’t have to be severe for them to benefit from ERP therapy.
Is exposure and response prevention therapy part of cognitive behavioral therapy?
Exposure and response prevention is one specific type of CBT that focuses on behavioral change in response to triggering stimuli. It is related to exposure therapy but adds an additional component of preventing compulsive and harmful responses.
How long does exposure and response prevention therapy take?
While every patient is different, exposure and response prevention therapy typically lasts around 12 sessions, although some treatments can take longer. A therapist will determine if the treatment is complete based on how the client faces their fears, particularly the strongest ones. When a client feels less anxiety about stimuli that once evoked terror or distress, that is generally an indication that they are nearing the end of ERP therapy.
What are the limitations of exposure and response prevention therapy?
The most common pitfalls of exposure and response prevention therapy include not addressing a client’s core fears, allowing the client to avoid their most distressing stimuli, and using imaginary exposure when the client requires real-life exposure (and vice versa). ERP therapy is most effective when the client commits to the full course of treatment; if the client stops early or doesn’t practice what they have learned outside of therapy sessions, they are less likely to have successful outcomes.
