Using tools like Brainspotting, neurofeedback, and emotional regulation skills, we work to calm the body and build a stronger foundation for healing.
From there, we explore the experiences that shaped your sense of self and relationships, helping you reconnect with your values and what truly matters most. Together, we honor the protective armor that once helped you survive while gently letting go of what no longer serves you—so you can live with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

I use a trauma-informed and intersectional approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Brainspotting, and systemic therapy.
I work with adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, identity, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My practice is rooted in affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD and autism), as well as those exploring parenting, family systems, and non-monogamous relationships. Further areas of focus include couples relationship counseling, conflict resolution, sex and intimacy, complex trauma, chronic medical conditions, and the mental health impacts of social injustice.

I also offer Brainspotting, an approach that helps process trauma stored in the body and nervous system.
If you’re here, you might be feeling disconnected from yourself in ways that are hard to put into words. Maybe you’ve gotten really good at pushing through, staying busy, or taking care of everyone else — but underneath that, there’s anxiety, heaviness, or experiences you haven’t fully had space to process. Childhood trauma, relationship wounds, or ongoing stress can linger in ways that are difficult to explain but impossible to ignore. You want to feel more connected.

I am an EMDR-trained therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and trained Brainspotting provider.

Trauma, loss, anxiety, and prolonged stress can shape how you feel in your body, connect in relationships, rest, and move forward. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and patterns that continue to surface, even when they understand where those patterns began.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.
Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.
How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.
How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
