We all have painful patterns in our lives that we've struggled to figure out how to shift. I believe change occurs when we are able to have experiences of ourselves, others, and the world that counteract previous experiences that have rigidified in our bodies and minds. In my therapeutic work, I help to create those experiences during session by being a deep and empathetic listener and an active and challenging guide and facilitator.

My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental, inclusive, and deeply person-centered. I believe healing begins when we feel fully seen and understood. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a Christian pastor. Though I no longer identify as religious, this experience helps me connect with people from a wide range of spiritual and faith backgrounds—including those who are deconstructing, spiritually curious, or healing from religious trauma. I create a space where your story, values, and sense of meaning are respected.

You deserve to feel better and it can start today.
You may be facing recent challenges and feeling ready to make a change. Perhaps you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unhappy. Things that once felt manageable may not feel as easy right now. Relationships, work, or daily responsibilities may feel harder to navigate, and you might even feel insecure, alone, or like no one truly understands what you’re going through.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to face it by yourself.

Or perhaps you are struggling with social anxiety or self-esteem. Many people who seek this work are thoughtful and capable but tired of surface solutions. You’re looking for meaningful, durable change and therapy that examines what’s actually driving the patterns beneath the surface.
