About
If you’re in search of an encouraging, welcoming and comforting space to help guide you through the challenges life brings, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, couples and family systems. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples in all stages of their infertility journey, families involved in foster care and the adoption process. I also specialize in anger management and those involved in domestic violence/abuse relationships.
I enjoy working with individuals to rediscover their strengths, work through challenging symptoms, emotions and life transitions. In doing so, I often utilize models that are emotionally focused, systemically driven, structured and focus on attainable goals.
Taking the initial step to reach out takes a lot of bravery and courage and I look forward to joining you in this phase of your life as you become the best person you can be! I am only seeing clients virtually and I offer a free initial 15 minute phone consultation, so feel free to reach out with questions!
