My approach is based on the idea that our struggles are due to not having enough room inside of us and this congestion is because of the traumas, abuses, and overwhelming and neglectful experiences we have had in our lives.

I work with adolescents and adults, providing therapy and evaluations.
Some of my favorite moments in therapy is when we review how far you have come since your initial appointment. As corny as the saying is, treatment is a marathon, not a sprint. I am proud of you for already taking this step of finding a provider and would love to connect to see if we are a good fit!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next step, you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where the pressures of life, work, relationships, or personal expectations begin to feel heavy. You may sense that something needs to change, but it can be difficult to slow down long enough to understand what is really going on beneath the surface. Having a space where you can speak openly and be heard without judgment can make a meaningful difference.

“‘Why should I listen to my heart?’” “‘Because you'll never again be able to keep it quiet. Even if you pretend not to have heard what it tells you, it will always be there inside you, repeating to you what you’re thinking about life & about the world. You will never be able to escape from your heart.’” The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I've had the privilege to assist individuals to grow through curiosity into deeper awareness of their thoughts, limiting beliefs, and identification of any root issues. I enjoy assisting individuals to reconnect with the core of who they were created to be, before the world and trauma had their impacts.
