
New in-person group will start spring 2022, and is limited to 6 participants. You will learn new somatic skills or mindfulness techniques in each session, which can be used to increase awareness, lower stress, and help you feel more grounded and connected to self and others. We will also use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help you access your “True Self”, and the peace and wisdom that come with it. If needed, education will be given on the actual causes of anxiety/stress. We will also share experiences (related to the exercises) and support one another.
