Trilogy Counseling is a group counseling practice located in Princeton, Roseville and Elk River, Minnesota. We also offer services online in Minnesota and Florida. We currently have eight Counselors who work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Trilogy Counseling providers offer unique individualized experiences for all clients we work with.

I work with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I understand that pain has a way of separating us from ourselves and others, and I believe that we heal best within relationships. For that reason, I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a space where clients can feel truly understood. I offer all clients unconditional positive regard, and firmly believe that even in the most difficult times, all people are doing the best they can with the tools they have.

Authentic Roots Therapy is a mental health collaborative where licensed professionals provide individual, couple, & family mental health therapy in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We specialize in working with children, couples, families, LGBTQIA+ individuals, individuals who are questioning, curious, transitioning, or identifying as transgender/non-binary, mothers in postpartum, faith communities, individuals experiencing traumatic symptomatology, and highly sensitive men.

I am a strengths based therapist practicing from a social justice, trauma informed, and gender-affirming lens. We work with individuals 14 and older who have a history of trauma, struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self worth, relationship issues, or are experiencing stress. We offer talk therapy in the office, or equine assisted psychotherapy (therapy with horses). We believe in trying approaches that work for each individual. Welcome! I’m Ashley, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC). I enjoy working alongside individuals and couples as they navigate through the ride of life. I have knowledge and training in both the mental health and substance use worlds. I commonly use mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strengths Based Therapy to help assist individuals in meeting their personal goals. Taking the leap into counseling can be uncomfortable and a bit anxiety-provoking. I value creating a safe and welcoming space for all who enter.

I have the belief that all doors open and close for a reason and that if we desire to be where the creator wants us, he will put us exactly where we need to be and I believe that I'm supposed to be in a place where I help others realize this. I also have a huge passion for instilling hope into the lives of others. I've seen people lose hope and believe the lie that it is non-existent; I have a passion for helping people regain hope and grow personally and spiritually.
