Hello, I'm Dr. Sally Beck, a faith-based therapist offering hope to children and Couples who are suffering loss of connection to those they love. FaithWorks specializes in trauma and abuse; trained in EMDR, a helpful tool in lessening anxiety due to PTSD. Play therapy and EMDR are effecive techniques addressing anxiety in children suffering from divorce, sexual abuse, or attachment. In fact, play therapy is such a valuable tool in assisting children in their healing, FaithWorks has dedicated an entire room to play therapy to assist children dealing with trauma. I have been helping adults, couples, and families since 1975. I teach at two universities in their Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy programs. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota. I am past President of the Minnesota Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. For many years I served adolescents, teens and families as a youth minister and school counselor. Since 1999 I've been helping individuals, couples and families who struggle with depression, substance abuse/addictions, relationship issues, adjusting to change, grief/loss and other concerns. Francesca completed their Masters of Art’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Naropa University and is a pre-licensed professional. Francesca is also a passionate member and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. Francesca has a foundation in mindfulness and meditation techniques and is available for both in-person and telehealth services. They utilize a Transpersonal therapy lens and incorporate elements of Gestalt and Art therapy, seeking to encourage each individual on their unique journey towards wellness.
