I enjoy working with individual adults and teens (15+) with a variety of mental health concerns. I have significant experience working with people coping with grief and loss. I recognize how unique grief is to each one of us, and I work to normalize and validate the diversity of one's grief experiences to promote hope and healing. In addition to my work with grief and loss, I frequently see clients navigating a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis and exploring how this impacts everyday life and relationships. I also enjoy working with depression, anxiety, communication, and life transitions.

As a relational therapist with previous experience as a youth worker, I believe most suffering is caused by a failure of belonging. When trauma or other significant difficulties occur, we can take on beliefs and ways of being that are bound by the feeling that we are alone and unable to access the world of belonging, both within ourselves and in relationships. We find it almost impossible to honor all our parts and to feel free to accept them. My aim as a therapist, then, is to create a space where a client’s experiences may fully belong and they may feel understood and valued for who they are in the way they choose to be.

I take great joy and have the most experience supporting individuals in the transitional age of 18 through 25 years old. Although, I am open to, and have history in, supporting people 18 years and older. As a queer provider, supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA2S+ community is personally important to me. This has always been an important population as this community has been under-represented and under supported by knowledgeable therapists.

I have a strong passion for helping others live more happily and fully in their bodies and lives. I utilize holistic and somatic practices with my clients. I find myself gravitating towards a person-centered approach with a strong curiosity for what the client finds most helpful to them. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am also a certified trauma informed yoga instructor as well as an artist. I believe that when healing from mental health, addiction and other difficulties, it is essential to include the body into the treatment process and to encourage creativity as well as curiosity.

I'm a therapist who shows up as real, curious, and down-to-earth. Clients often say they feel comfortable, seen, and not judged—which is exactly what I aim for. I believe therapy works best through a strong, genuine connection, and I’ll meet you where you’re at. I often work with adults who seem put-together but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck inside. I also specialize in OCD—helping people manage intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and the exhausting cycle. I work with couples, too—whether you're strengthening your bond or navigating a tough season.

When we cultivate self-compassion and practice bringing our whole selves into our relationships, our lives become calmer. I believe each person is the narrator and protagonist in their story, and by harnessing resilience and compassion, they can cultivate the life they desire. My areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, shame, relational couples work, and building resiliency and self-esteem. I believe we can face issues alone, yet a relational, collaborative approach will serve us to understand the contexts shaping our views of the world.
