Everyone should have a safe space to find and unveil their authentic self.
That is my goal for everyone to feel invited into this space to share fears and insecurities without judgment. Our own mental health journeys can feel lonely at times as we feel isolated from those around us and all we want is a sense of control. By exploring our authentic selves we can find parts of ourselves hidden or lost through anxiety, trauma, or societal expectations. I strive for every client to feel welcomed into this safe space to see what parts of selves they connect with most.

Still other times, our concerns are relational or situational or reflect a desire to improve our overall quality of life.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating mood concerns, trauma, personality issues, relationship challenges, and questions related to meaning, identity, and purpose.
