Defining oneself and discovering your own inner truth in the face of adversity is challenging. I can say from personal experience that psychotherapy was immensely helpful on that journey. One of my goals in life is to pay it forward by joining others on their quest.

Sometimes relationships feel stuck—like you’re living with a roommate instead of a partner, or the closeness you once had has faded. Parenting challenges, navigating teen struggles, and complicated family dynamics can leave you questioning how to stay connected, or wondering if intimacy and trust can be restored. I provide a space for couples and families to explore these struggles without judgment, notice patterns that get in the way, and find support for rebuilding closeness and understanding in your relationships.

Unseen in Plain Sight - the anguish can be debilitating and confusing. Learning to calmly see ourselves is a central part of change in therapy, both relationally and neurologically. I guide people in seeing themselves in a more grounded way, manifesting core aspirations and values, and in working themselves away from past ruptures blocking their experience of feeling resourced and regulated. I work with developmental/family of origin issues (emotional malnourishment in all of its forms), trauma, abuse and neglect, and chemical use/compulsive comfort seeking behaviors. I see individuals, couples, and families.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful change in therapy. My practice is rooted in collaboration and co-creation, where I work with individuals and couples to release patterns that no longer serve them and discover new ways to nurture more fulfilling relationships to themselves and others. I enjoy supporting individuals navigating life transitions and identity exploration, men in cultivating self-compassion and emotional connectedness, and couples seeking to strengthen communication inside and outside the bedroom through sex therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

Utilizing EMDR, CBT, ACT and IFS, I strive to help my clients identify where they are getting stuck, processing the pain and emphasizing a path forward.
