I believe people carry the answers they seek inside them. Therapy provides a safe place to feel heard, to better listen to yourself, to find your truth and your voice. It can also be a place to practice expressing yourself in new ways; using the therapy relationship to break destructive or unhelpful communication patterns.

I am part therapist, challenging unhelpful patterns, and part coach, cheering you on. I’m not afraid to be direct when it serves your growth—and I bring grace, compassion, and a bit of much-needed humor in the process. My passion lies in individual and couples therapy for relationship issues, alcohol recovery, affairs and infidelity, as well as the ongoing stressors of our political climate. Many of us are searching for ways to stay grounded in our values and connected to what matters most. Together, we’ll strengthen your relational toolkit—and build the resources that support clarity, resilience, and meaningful connection.

Let’s be honest – life is moving faster and getting more stressful by the minute. The thought of finding the time or motivation to do anything about it, though, is a funny joke. So the cycle continues: you keep going to the same job, staying in the same relationship, and putting up with others' expectations. You're stressed, frustrated, and depressed. You find that your thoughts are distracting you, your body is tense, and you snap at everyone and everything. You can't even catch a decent night's sleep! You sometimes even argue with yourself because you "should" be happy with everything you have. So what gives?

I'm no longer accepting new clients! My passions are relationships and how we process trauma. I love to explore how systemic and societal power structures influence how we connect with our partners, family members, and friends. I work with couples, families, and individuals in areas such as polyamory, boundaries, queerness, anxiety/depression, sex and sexuality, trauma, stress, life transitions, chronic illness, and anything else that affects our ability to be authentically and safely ourselves. I'm now also trained in brainspotting for individuals looking to process trauma.

I offer therapy for a variety of mental health issues and have an extensive background in depth psychology and Jungian therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in deeply understanding themselves. In contrast to mainstream approaches to therapy, which focus on teaching skills or challenging a person's thinking, I emphasize working to understand the emotional-relational-spiritual roots of my client's psychology. It is at this deeper level that lasting change can occur.

Hello neurodivergent folks! If you've been diagnosed or curious about ADHD, Autism, OCD, or identify as a sensitive person, welcome!

I am the ideal therapist for you if you: can meet during the day, swear, want consistency, and if you want to strengthen your instincts. Feeling our feelings is sometimes uncomfortable, so I believe in collaborating with you to help you remember your wise, resilient self is safe.

Life can be beautiful, brutal, and everything in between. Therapy is where we make sense of it — where we work through the hard days and make the good days more meaningful.

I also specialize in helping people heal their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. My approach blends evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, and CBT-E with humor, warmth, and honesty.

The world today can feel overwhelming and stressful, one of the most defiant ways for you to fight back is to care for yourself. In the words of Audre Lorde, "caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare."
I meet with young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. These struggles can manifest in personal relationships and problems in high school. What I can offer is a judgment free space for us to explore your internal systems. I look forward to chatting with you in the future.
