I work to create an environment that feels supportive, respectful, and collaborative. We will explore and figure out ways to make the changes you want to make in your life.

A majority of people who struggle with substance use and behavioral addictions also suffer with co-occurring mental health issues like depression, anxiety, anger, or ADHD. Managing these co-occurring issues alone is not recommended. Some bounce back and forth from therapists to treatment centers for management, making no progress in the disconnected process. The recommended approach is co-occurring treatment, and I have helped hundreds of people recover their lives by helping them manage addiction while exploring, uncovering, and improving their inner lives and their relationships with others.
