We see adults and couples who are struggling in their marriage, relationship or sex life. Our goals are to help you better understand your situation, learn new skills, heal, rebuild and find hope.We offer Discernment Counseling for couples on the brink of divorce and want to take another look at the relationship before making a decision to divorce. We provide EMDR Therapy to heal from traumatic experiences such as abuse, rejection, abandonment, accidents, catastrophic events or medical trauma.

I have been active in the mental health field for the last six years and have specialized experience working with men of all ages on personal and relational issues.

I work primarily with adolescent and adult clients that have experienced various traumatic events in their lives. Often times individuals are unaware of the impact that these events have had and continue to have on their day to day lives. I work with individuals to help them learn more about what events are traumatic to them and increase their awareness of how those events continue to impact relationships, work performance, school performance, etc. I am dedicated to helping my clients identify their goals and teach them skills to reach these goals while learning how to navigate and manage life circumstances.

Stacey provides therapy services to individuals, families, couples, teens, and children who are living with cancer, chronic illness, medical issues, or grief, either themselves, or in their close circle. Stacey has served patients and their families around medical concerns in many contexts including private practice, as a Child Life Specialist in local hospitals, 7 years of weekly support groups at Gilda's Club for adults living with cancer, through grief support groups, and speaking engagements. Stacey assists clients during long and short term illness, through post-treatment, in the event of terminal diagnosis, and through grief.

The journey to emotional health begins with discovering and nurturing the authentic self. When we make choices that are inconsistent with who we are, our ability to participate in life, to love and work is compromised. This can often lead to avoiding the things that truly matter to us causing us to feel depressed or anxious. When this happens, we tend to avoid more. And the cycle continues. In my work, I help clients (ages 16+) re-engage with life focusing on their values and what matters most to them.
