I have a passion for helping children, adolescents, parents and adults manage the problems and stressors that come with having a neuro-diverse diagnoses.
My goal is to help clients of all ages increase their self-awareness, decrease social anxiety, realize and achieve personal goals. I also, support parents and caregivers of children with neurodiversity, by providing therapy to discuss concerns and discover new strategies to strengthen their parenting experience.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, students, teachers, athletes, those new to therapy, adults exploring their neurodiversity later in life, and people who have felt "stuck" with therapy in the past.
I work with people with ADHD, autism or autism traits, sensory sensitivities, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood cycling, PMDD, grief/loss, life adjustments, eating and body image issues, and more. I am passionate about creating an affirming space for folx to explore sexuality and gender identity; I write letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries.
