I provide therapy to adolescents and adults, and I specialize in trauma and adoption issues. I work with all types of trauma survivors, including sexual trauma. I help people who are suffering from abuse and neglect endured previously in life. I work with a range of addiction issues that overlap with underlying mental health diagnoses.
Executive Director of my clinic since 1997, I work primarily from an attachment perspective and I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotion-focused, relationship, and other techniques to help clients heal from many issues. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adolescents.
