I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling to adults, couples, and families who are struggling with various issues. My therapeutic approach is interactive, compassionate, and validating and can be tailored to meet your specific needs. I believe a therapist needs to be objective, empathetic, open, and kind.
Through developing a solid working relationship in a safe, non-judgmental space, therapy is the opportunity to explore your emotions and concerns. You will learn to recognize and develop your own strengths. In examining your challenges in therapy, you can choose to make big changes or find ways to better manage the life you have already created.
