Hi, I’m MK! I work with teens, tweens, and adults navigating their relationship with food, neurodivergence, family dynamics, and the many transitions life brings. If any of that resonates with you, you’re in the right place. I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and uniquely yours. I’m passionate about helping my clients reconnect with their strength, build effective coping strategies, and experience more ease and joy.
My approach to therapy is integrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely accepting, one where you don’t have to filter or perform. I tailor each session to you, drawing from approaches like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic perspectives, and IFS-informed parts work.
I believe that recognizing patterns is the first step toward eating disorder recovery and the freedom that follows. I see the same process in my work with neurodivergence; as you begin to understand how your unique brain works, it becomes possible to shift old narratives emphasizing shame to ones grounded in neutrality and self-respect.
